Idea, design and development of the resort concept with 14 houses for 4-8 people
DESIGN OF A TYPE UNIT
The base is a “container” unit measuring approximately 4 x 10 m. One house is built of three or more units and equipped with selected elements, such as a terrace, exterior, stairs at the entrance, etc.
LAYOUT CONCEPT
The settlement is designed from 3 sets of houses, t.i. clusters. In an individual set, the houses could have a pool, bar or sauna in the middle.
The project has not yet been implemented.
